Microwave solid activated carbon flowmeter

Microwave solid flowmeter MIC is specially developed for continuous measurement of material flow in pneumatic conveying pipelines.
The sensor is mounted flush with the pipe wall through the protective tube supplied with the shipment. Since the sensor does not protrude inside the tube, there is no mechanical wear. The front end of the waveguide emits a wave to the measurement medium with a measurement frequency of about 24GHz and a power consumption of less than 5 mW. A single particle of material passing through the microwave field reflects a pulse spectrum. Pulse edges are formed on entering and leaving the microwave field, which can be calculated by special algorithms and are therefore proportional to the mass flow rate. Output current flow rate value and transmission speed value via 4-20 mA output. A pulse output outputs an absolute kilogram mass value in defined increments (e.g. 1 kg 10 kg or 100 kg for one pulse). In addition, the measurement system is not affected by pressure and temperature, and the typical measurement accuracy is about 3%. High repeatability can be achieved if the particulate material flow is evenly distributed.
