Installation is simple and the sensor is screwed flush into the tube by welding. The sensor is connected to a DIN rail mounted transmitter with 4-20mA,RS232 and RS485 outputs, easy to debug via our MF-SMART software and calibrated via reference flow.

How it works:MF3000 operates at 24 GHz HF microwave with peak emitted or radiated power not exceeding 10 mW. Equipped with the new modern microwave technology PHEMT oscillator, the sensor probe operating current down to less than 25 mA. A measurement field is generated by coupling the electromagnetic field between the sensor and the pipe. When the medium to be detected passes through the microwave detection field, the sensor transmits low power microwaves and receives energy reflected back by the material. The reflected frequency of the received microwave is different from the transmitted frequency, so that a low frequency AC voltage is generated at the output end, that is, the microwave sensor detects the quantity and flow velocity of the moving medium. The microwave energy of the measurement field is reflected back by solid particles and received by a receiver. According to the Doppler principle, MuTec flowmeters measure only particles or powders in flow, and the flow rate (mass) can be calculated in combination with the number and state of particles recorded. - Name（chinese）
